Description
Footgel Football is a high-cushioning insole for footballers who want to relieve pain in feet, knees and lower back and play more comfortably during matches and training.
These insoles for football boots combine Tecnion® technical microfibre, high-density foam and Termocrep-Gel® 3R technology to absorb impact and spread the pressure the foot takes.
Benefits
- Pain relief and prevention: it reduces discomfort in feet, knees and lower back caused by impact and stud pressure.
- Termocrep-Gel® 3R cushioning: it protects feet and joints when running, jumping and landing on the pitch.
- Even pressure distribution: it spreads pressure more evenly across the whole sole and reduces strain on the main support areas.
- More comfort inside the boot: it softens the hard feel under the foot and makes each step more comfortable.
- Less tiredness during the match: it relieves fatigue in feet and legs caused by effort and repeated impact.
- Breathability and odour control: the Tecnion® technical microfibre helps keep the foot dry and controls moisture and bad odours inside the boot.
- Class I medical device: made under European medical device regulations. It protects and looks after your feet.
- Hypoallergenic and antibacterial: it prevents the growth of bacteria to keep the inside of the boot more hygienic.
- Long-lasting eucalyptus scent: the gel contains eucalyptus essence, which fights bad odours.

Scientific evidence
Footgel Football insoles are designed to absorb the loads generated during sprints, stops, kicks and changes of direction. Studies in footballers show high plantar pressures during these movements and have observed lower pain intensity with cushioning insoles under certain playing conditions.
Less pain on artificial turf
In a randomised controlled trial with 75 young footballers, switching from natural grass to artificial turf increased pain and reduced comfort. Players who then used shock-absorbing insoles reported significantly lower pain intensity than those who continued with their usual insoles.

More pressure during changes of direction
A study with footballers found that lateral and 45° changes of direction generated higher plantar pressures than running, especially on the big toe, medial forefoot, medial arch and medial heel.

Materials & care
What are they made of?
- Technical microfibre: the layer in contact with your foot. Soft, breathable, antibacterial and environmentally friendly.
- High-density foam: an ultra-breathable material that allows constant airflow to remove moisture and keep your feet fresh and dry.
- Termocrep-Gel® 3R: exclusive medical-grade gel technology. Designed to absorb impact and relieve pain in feet and joints.

How to care for your Footgel Football?
Our football boot insoles can be machine washed at a maximum of 30 °C on a gentle cycle.
Important for drying. Always let the insoles air-dry. Do not use a dryer or place them on radiators or other direct heat sources, as excess heat can affect the structure and properties of the gel.
