These insoles for soccer cleats combine Tecnion® technical microfiber, high-density foam and Termocrep-Gel® 3R technology to absorb impact and spread the pressure on the foot more evenly.

EU size is the product’s reference size. US sizes are approximate equivalents and vary by brand. Footgel insoles run slightly large and are trim-to-fit.
Scientific evidence
Footgel Football insoles are designed to cushion the loads generated during sprints, sudden stops, kicks, and changes of direction. Studies in soccer players show high plantar pressures during these movements and have observed lower pain intensity with the use of cushioning insoles under certain playing conditions.
Less pain on artificial turf
In a randomized controlled trial with 75 young soccer players, switching from natural grass to artificial turf increased pain and reduced comfort. Players who then used shock-absorbing insoles reported significantly lower pain intensity than those who continued with their usual insoles.

How do I care for my Footgel Football insoles?
Our soccer cleat insoles can be machine washed at a maximum of 86 °F (30 °C) on a gentle cycle.
Important for drying. Always let the insoles air-dry. Do not use a dryer or place them on radiators or other direct heat sources, as excess heat can affect the structure and properties of the gel.
