Description
Footgel Pickleball is a high-cushioning insole developed with professional pickleball players from the United States.
It is designed to cushion the impact of stops, lateral movements and turns. It reduces strain on feet, knees and lower back during play and improves comfort inside the shoe.

UK sizes are approximate and vary by brand, so the European size is the one Footgel manufactures to. Footgel insoles run slightly large, so if you are between two ranges choose the smaller one, and trim the insole to fit your footwear.
Scientific evidence
Footgel Pickleball insoles are designed to cushion the loads generated during lunges, sudden stops and quick changes of direction. Studies on this sport show the importance of these movements for the lower limbs, while research on cushioning shows that soft materials can reduce peak pressures in the forefoot.
Braking, lunging and rapid changes of direction
A systematic review of 15 pickleball studies identified falls, running, forward lunges and foot or ankle inversion among the main mechanisms associated with lower-limb injuries.

- Natural scents: the gel is infused with aromatic essences of orange blossom, aloe vera or eucalyptus to keep your footwear smelling fresh.
How to care for your Footgel Pickleball?
Our pickleball insoles can be machine washed at a maximum of 30 °C on a gentle cycle.
Important for drying. Always let the insoles air-dry. Do not use a dryer or place them on radiators or other direct heat sources, as excess heat can affect the structure and properties of the gel.
