Scientific evidence
Footgel Cross Gym insoles are designed to provide cushioning during workouts that alternate running, jumping, and strength exercises. Studies show that cushioning insoles can reduce impact forces and peak pressures during the most dynamic phases of training.
Less impact during running and dynamic exercises
In 16 recreational runners, cushioned insoles reduced the vertical impact peak by 6.8%, the loading rate by 8.3% and the maximum acceleration transmitted to the tibia by 15.8%.
