Scientific evidence
Footgel Golf insoles are designed to provide cushioning and comfort during long rounds and many hours on your feet. Studies with golfers have observed significant reductions in pain with cushioned insoles, as well as benefits related to fatigue during play.
Less pain with a cushioned insole

How do I care for my Footgel Golf insoles?
Our golf insoles can be machine washed at a maximum of 86 °F (30 °C) on a gentle cycle.
