Footgel Figure Skating is a high-cushioning insole designed to absorb the impact of jumps and landings and improve comfort inside the skate.

EU size is the product’s reference size. US sizes are approximate equivalents and vary by brand. Footgel insoles run slightly large and are trim-to-fit.
Scientific evidence
Footgel Figure Skating insoles are designed to improve comfort and distribute pressure more evenly inside a rigid, snug-fitting boot. Studies in skaters show significant pressure concentrations inside the skate and have observed improvements in stability with the use of insoles.
Greater stability on the ice
In advanced figure skaters, six weeks using insoles were associated with an average reduction of 48.4% in center-of-mass sway and 45.7% in ankle sway during a static test on the ice.

How do I care for my Footgel Figure Skating insoles?
Our figure-skating insoles can be machine washed at a maximum of 86 °F (30 °C) on a gentle cycle.
Important for drying. Always let the insoles air-dry. Do not use a dryer or place them on radiators or other direct heat sources, as excess heat can affect the structure and properties of the gel.
